Dr Vigjilenca Abazi gave a Jean Monnet lecture at University of Salamanca
On 28 October, Dr Vigjilenca Abazi was invited to give a Jean Monnet lecture at University of Salamanca, the oldest founded university in Spain, within the remit of Jean Monnet Chair EU External Relations held by Professor Juan Santos Vara.
Dr Abazi's lecture titled' Parliaments as Watchtowers in International Relations: Challenges and Implications of Official Secrets' focused on comparative views of how parliaments conduct oversight in international relations and what are the key problems they face for effective scrutiny.
